Protecting our enviroment

Aquaculture
As the world faces increasing scarcity of natural resources, aquaculture has emerged as a vital and ecologically sustainable industry. From the nursery to the plate, the health and quality of your stock are critical to your profitability and the scalability of your operations, especially as global demand for clean, healthy, and renewable resources continues to grow. For many years, we have played a consultative role in aquaculture, offering expertise in both the design of new systems and the optimization of existing facilities. Our team of process designers and engineers tailors solutions to meet the unique requirements of each application and site, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Our system designs incorporate advanced technologies for gas distribution, dissolved oxygen enhancement, ozone-based disinfection, biological filtration, and organic solids removal. These solutions not only improve water quality but also reduce power consumption and enhance the quality of discharge waste. In some cases, clients have achieved a nine-fold reduction in operating costs and treatment requirements. By minimizing water consumption and enabling resource reuse, our solutions have become pivotal to the success of many aquaculture operations.
We have a proven track record in designing and constructing life support systems for large aquariums worldwide and commercial aquaculture systems. Our expertise spans freshwater and saltwater species, including lobster, salmon, mussels, kingfish, eels, and shellfish, as well as quarantine facilities. Our projects encompass hatcheries, nurseries, recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), partial RAS setups, and flow-through plant designs. At every stage of water treatment—from optimizing incoming water quality to managing discharge and waste removal—our solutions deliver measurable results. We effectively treat contaminated water supplies and offer systems that align with organic compliance standards, ensuring ecologically sound operations. Beyond the farm, our expertise extends to food processing and handling. We design, manufacture, and implement ozone-based disinfection systems tailored to final processing facilities. These include reticulated CIP (clean-in-place) systems, process water treatments (cold water, organic, and USFDA-approved for direct food contact), odor removal, and solutions for shelf-life extension in storage facilities and transport holds. Additionally, we provide systems for microbial and pathogen control as well as disinfection of ventilation systems. For more details, please refer to our Primary Industry section.
IPS Protein Skimmers

Microfiltration - Foam Fractionators
Ozone Technologies IPS series of protein skimmers delivers proven strength and reliability in a light-weight cost effective format, with optional clear acrylic towers. These are manufactured for best performance with your water delivery layout. All components used are able to withstand the corrosion of sea water systems and are ozone inert.
IPS protein skimmers can be trusted to strip high yield waste organics from your aquarium or aquaculture system. These range in standard sizes to treat water flows from ten to one hundred cubic metres an hour. Can be run in parallel for increased treatment or multiple facility needs.

Product Processing
About
Sustainable, chemical free solutions for food processing, storage and extended shelf life
O3T provide wash-bath, spin chiller, or process line disinfection systems which protect against pathogens, micro-organisms, fungal contamination and spoilage without leaving chemical residues on your product. For organic fruit and vegetable handlers the post harvest wash cannot at any time contain prohibited substances in dissolved form. Ozone in water is the only organic method of washing fruit & vegetables to kill pathogens including E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Shigella and Cryptosporidium, Hepatitis and Cyclospora. These are among the disease causing organisms that have been associated with fresh fruits and vegetables. Each system is designed specifically to meet the clients particular requirements and loading.
